Vendor Information and Registration Options

for the October 28, 2017 Catholic Women's Conference at the Oncenter in Syracuse, NY

 

Welcome

 

We are excited that you are exploring becoming a vendor at

the upcoming Syracuse Catholic Women’s Conference. 

It is a wonderful opportunity to promote your ministry or business,

which helps to enrich the faith of the women attending. 

We look forward to again hosting close to 1,000 women from

across the state and beyond.  

Vendor Information

 

Registration begins at 7:30am

Vendors open prime shopping time!

 

Conference begins 9:00am 

 

Keynote speaker- Fr. Michael Gaitley

 

Morning break and Lunch hour provide additional shopping opportunities

 

The event will conclude after

 4:00 pm Mass with

Bishop Robert Cunningham.

 

Vendors may set up:

Friday 12:00-6:00pm

Saturday 6:30-7:30am

 

 

Registration Includes 

 

  • Eight foot draped vendor table with two chairs
  • Located in Oncenter Convention Exhibit Hall
  • Free wireless internet with login
  • Admission, breakfast snack and lunch for two
  • Multiple tables available

 

Cost:  

  • Option 1: $200 per table with 2 box lunches
  • Option 2:  $220 per table with 2 seated plated lunches
  • Electric access is available for $50.

 

Payment can be made by:

  • Downloading form to mail in with your check

                           

Table availability and placement

are on a first come, first serve basis with receipt

of your registration and payment. 

 

 

In keeping with the Catholic mission of this event,

all materials and products being promoted, distributed,

or sold at the conference must be in conformity with the

Magisterial Teaching of the Catholic Church.
